If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase.

To submit a return you must ship your order back to us via the address below. You MUST include your order number within the package otherwise we won't be able to process your return.

We can only accept products returned unworn and in their original packaging. If the product is returned with damages, you will not receive a full refund.

We will not refund postage and you are responsible for return postage charges.

Some orders are cancelled due to many reasons.

It may have been cancelled as your order includes items which are now out of stock.

We do not offer exchanges, you will need to return your unworn AND unwanted product(s) and create a new order.
